Itineraries

We can seek Itineraries from the hosts over email, and they respond to us over email, fax and even telephone. Better we instruct them what we need to do on a tour, and which species do we wish to observe. Appropriate and prompt advisories will be served to us. It will initiate exchange of communication thereby letting us test the capabilities of those who respond to us. And we can receive our final product.

Flexibility : There are no hard norms with these hosts about very early booking, joining a fixed-date group, paying for cancellation etc. Flexibility is the high priority here. The price depends on what we desire - hotels, duration, type of travel (road, train, air), meal plan, specialist Bird Guides etc. It is a mutually discussed and agreed work plan. We are the decision makers, hosts are to support us.

Some sample Itineraries are presented here which can be amended to meet our objectives.
